    Throttle not engaging fully

Just had a jackplate put on, and both time out since, the throttle doen't seem to fully engage (and I'm getting the fuel flow restriction horn). I can see in the motor wherea bolt head on the throttle arm used to rub when fully engaged. Could it be that my throttle cable are too short? If not, what else would cause the throttle to engage as much as it used to?

Re: Throttle not engaging fully (Condor363)

Checking throttle is as simple as removing the air box and push the throttle to wide open (engine off) throttle plates should be straight.

The fuel restriction horn may be a pinched fuel line and may have some affect on the ability to get wide open rpm.
