Need info on bass fishing Mobile's delta and Fish River

I'm giving some serious thought, to moving to far SW Alabama, probably in the Fairhope/Daphne area. I've heard that there is some good bass fishing in the two rivers I mentioned, the Delta, and Fish River. I was on Fish river this past week and didn't do too well. Do those areas offer decent bass fishing from time to time?

I'll bet you can get a house pretty cheap down there with all the Hurricanes lately. From what I hear there is plenty of great fishing down there. I dont know that I would want to live there though. If you really want to live near the best fishing you should consider the northern half of Alabama.
