I have a Javalin Venom with a 90hp on it, i have not seen another one here in Australia so i was wondering if you guys that own one would have a photo to post up so i can see what your rigs look like. Ill post a few of my rig up as soon as i can get the buggs out of my other laptop
Id also be interested iin how you think it handles and how it goes with the 115 on it.

I have a 2001 17 Venom which came with a 2003 Johnson 90 and it would turn a 17 & 19 pitch Turbo One SS prop very well. The 17 got you on plane in about 4 seconds and the 19 just a little longer but quicker on the top end. If I remember correctly the top speed was around 45 with one person. I now have an 2007 Etec 115 on it with a rear foil and a 6" jackplate. The best prop i've found so far is a 22 pitch Raker which runs above 50mph and is fairly stable. I am going to try a 21 pitch Viper in the near future account boat being very rear end heavy. (jack plate, three batteries, gas tank, etc.) I switched to a Minn Kota 65 trolling motor and it works much better, especially in the wind. All speeds are with GPS.
Thanks bob, i have a 6" CMC jack plate and im getting around 48mph with the old 90hp Johnson with just me and about 43 to 45 with a full load. Im not to sure what size prop i have on, will have to have a look. How do you find the etec on fuel (gas) consumption?
Oh yeah and any photos you have feel free to post em im keen to see what a few of the others out there look like.
