    97 225 Vindicator RPM? Where should I run it?

    I thought it should be 5500 rpm and have been running the motor at no more than that. I stopped by the local dealer today to look at a prop and he said I should be running it at 5900???? Which is right 5500 or 5900????

    5500 is safe.... more like 5800 to 5900 in a short run, but not for like 10 miles or anything....
