Hello Ray,
I installed one on my ZX225 this past summer and like it. After using it for a while now it really helps out your back. The only problem that I had was that I was scared to cut the hole in the deck.
I have an 04' 190 and I just installed a pro control. The job is going to be the same. Once you get the nerve to cut the hole in your deck, it is really a pretty simple job. I used a sawzall to cut through deck. I ran into one 2x4 brace that I had to cut through. The deck is still rock solid. I'm not sure why Skeeter put the brace where it was. Just make sure you measure twice and cut away. I also filled in around the styro foam with epoxy resin to waterproof everything.

I have an 04 TZX 200. Just installed the comfort troll with no problems. Depending on how far forward you place the tray will determine how much of the brace you end up cutting.
My tray front is 2 1/4" from bow carpet edge. I had to cut very little amount of brace.
Just make sure you mount it straight so you dont look like a donkey.
Definitely a good purchase. Already feels better on my back after a long day.

I have a 95 zx200 and had no problems with putting one in. I would assume that the boat is the same as mine being only one year different, I dont think there were any changes int he deck. Just make sure you mark it correctly, the first cut is the worst (kind of scary cutting into your deck). Keep in mind of your seat post location as it is close to the front, if you use your seat pole it can be kind of close.

I don't like my TM pedal direct center. I prefer it slightly to the left, and then pointed about 11:00.
After I layed out my well on the deck to mark it prior to cutting. My thought was HOLY SCHIT WHAT A HOLE!!
I couldn't go thru with it.
When it comes time to re-carpet, I'll fabricate a well just the right size, integrated, fiberglass, and carpetted, and....about 2" shallower than the metal one I bought.
To me, being down in a hole is worse than Captain Morganing it. I think I could deal with a happy medium much better.
I think the new secret color is "A-Rig"..........
