Skeeter livewell help..

I am rebuilding a 1990 sf175 skeeter ( rebuild pics in restoration page) kinda confused on how and what all the hoses are for? there are 4 holes down in the bilge area then 2 bigger ones on the transom. I guess 2 holes down on the bilge area are livewell intakes, but what are the two bigger ones in the transom for? Also i can just use the one intake with a valve to recirulate? Any help would be greatly appreciated

ok never mind was at the local marina buying new pumps and the told me how it goes.
