Problem with an 04' TZX 200

I bought a 04 TZX 200 last fall. I was fishing yesterday and it was windy and the water was really rough. As I was plugging in the charger I noticed the bracket where the charger and oil tank was mounted all of the screws had pulled out of the fiberglass. It was obvious this has happened on this boat before. There had new holes drilled in the fiberglass. Has anyone had this problem before and is there a good way to fix it. There is no support under the oil tank and it weighs more full than the battery charger. this seems to be what is causing the screws to pull loose.

You can fill the holes with marine tex epoxy and redrill them with a pilot hole. I would add a couple of screws to each side for added strengh.
