Hey...I feel kinda dumb for askin this...but in the rear battery compartment there is a panel mounted right above the bilge pumps that I kinda thought was a battery charger. I am not home to look at it, but I was wondering if you could tell me what it is. I took it out once and it looks like it has some kind of distribution system on the back side of it. Any help?
