    fuel gauge

    my port side fuel gauge quit working and I am looking for ideas on where to start. Is it the sending unit and is that hard to replace? My starboard side is fine. It is a 2000 zx195 with a 200 hpdi

    Possible that's what it could be. Not sure where they are located but if easy to get to, remove the and swap them around and move the float around and see if that's it. If it doesn't work on the other side then get a new sending unit. That's the easiest way to start off with.
