SETUP QUESTION FOR MY NEW TO ME 1992 362v

In early December I purchased a 1992 362V. This spring I will be running this boat with a 1992 Johnson Fast Strike 175 and a manual CMC Hi Jacker 6" adjustable setback plate. Just wondered what prop I should run, what pitch, and what I can anticipate at to GPS mph top end.

When I test drove the boat it had a 1992 Johnson Fast Strike 150 and no jackplate. It went 68 gps with two people, low gas and no tackle. Thanks in advance for your help!

That's funny, when I had a 362V it wouldn't run over 62-63 mph with a NEW 150 Intruder. A 24" Raker was always the best prop for top end.

I too was surprised how quick it was. The previous owner said that it would go about 60 with a tournament load and full tanks. The boat had almost no gas and no tackle in it when I test drove it.

I don't know about speed with the 175 but post a pic of your new 362V, love to see it!

The boat is currently in Wisconsin being stored for the winter. I will post some pictures this spring.
