I have a 2100 with 225 yamaha and i love it...great ride in rough water and fishes great....good luck
We have a 2009 Beeline 2100 with a Merc 250 ProXS that the owner uses for his demo boat. ItÂs a great rig, handles real well, tons of storage, comes loaded with options, fast, never had one problem with it.
I bought a BumbleBee ProVee 200 in 1992. (Same hull as your 2100). At the time, it was the best boat that I had owned. Great ride in rough water, drove great, fished great! Well, 15 years later, I sold it. I went to the Phoenix factory, to look at the new Bee Line boats. (Phoenix boats were not yet available). I liked what I saw, and the people that built them. So, I bought a new BeeLine 286 with a 175 ProXs merc. I would put that boat up against any 18 footer on the market, as to quality, fit&finish, and overall value. It was a fine boat, but i missed the 21 footer. I looked at a 2100, but the console was different than my ProVee 200. I had trouble getting my long legs under the console and on the foot throttle. I then looked at the new phoenix 721. It was all I had enjoyed in the ProVee 200 and then some. It was also very roomy under the console. I bought #19, one of the very early Phoenix 721s. I wouldn't trade the phoenix for any other boat, but if that console had worked on the 2100, I would have a 2100 now, and be proud of it. The 2100 has great storage, fishes great, and has proven quality and durability.
I have a custom beeline 2100 cover, travel cover, covers the motor and has the bee on it. 800 dollar cover please let me know if anyone is interseted
