Loc-r-bar on Phoenix

Guys,

What are your thoughts on this product ordered with the boat? I've used them before but the design appears different now. I used them when they had a hoop the screwed into the seat post and made a T shape on the front deck covering all boxes. Now they have some flimsy metal add-on it appears. What are peoples thoughts? I'm also thumbing about some sort of simple alarm system with a monitor in the room. I like to take fishing trips, so protection while parked in front of a hotel or lodge is important to me.

T&H makes an excellent alarm system that is 2 way. don't waste you're money on the Loc-r as you already have the devise right there for the thief to use to defeat it...the winch on your trailer...

Yep, that's the way to go; get an alarm. Loc R Bars are easy to bust and it'll destroy your boat if someone does it to yours.

Who makes a good alarm and can you get one installed at the factory?
