93 intimidator fuel vent ?

93 intimidator has the factory molded round style gas fill in hull unlike square style attwood fills that have an integrated vent. From the factory where is the vent hose on the tank go to there is not a fitting on the fill for this previous owner had a plastic plumping valve installed off of tank vent hose. Anyone with a fill like this how is yours set up

There should be a vent in the recess, between the fill and the rigging hole.
