What should my maximum RPMs be?

Can anyone tell me what my maximum RPMs should be on this motor...I am thinking they are 5500 but wanted to be sure.. the motor is a 99 Johnson 90 HP (model J90PLEEB, serial G 04663447) and also if you would happen to know what i need to keep my h2o pressure at. I am raising my plate and want to be sure of these numbers before i get carried away..

5750 is the Max. WOT for your engine. I cannot tell you what water pressure you should see after raising the engine. I always found my baseline readings after a pump replacement and went from there....
