95 150 evinrude intruder

hi can you help me
i have a 150 intruder one of my carbs on the bottom left side there is a little copper bebe that is letting gas out . can anyone tell me why it might be letting gas out when the primerbulb is hard thanks

Pull that bowl off, clean it well, then put some JB weld/MarineTex into the brass bb let it set up then re-install the bowl. It should stop the leak.

If you don't want to do that then replace the carb bowl.
