Thats always been my delima too! I wanted a stroker or a gambler. Ended up buying a Gambler. Its not as fast but I think it was the right choice all around for me. I think Gamblers look better too. I have never been a big fan of Batman.

But if I won the lottery I'd have both! A 2200 gambler and a stroker and maybe a 17v cc bullet just for kicks. I have been afraid to ride in a stroker as I am a recovering adrinaline junkie. I am afraid it would push my gotta have button.

what the hell kind of question is that?you trying to start a riot? well anyways i see it like this if you wanna look good and be comfortable go with a gambler. if you wanna go faster go with a stroker or maybe a bullit. but if you like to ride alot and leave to head to wiegh in 2-3 hour early get a ranger or a triton you might not be too late

Also posted on the Stroker board. That's because you ride in a Gambler and not on it. And, I didn't buy my Gambler for my partner. I haven't had any partner's make any payments I'm aware of. I've never had a rear deck complaint and any partner can always fish from the front if they did. A 1700 pound boat that can do 85 mph, not bad in my book. Strokers, Bullets, and Gambler's are all great boats, Ford, Chevy, or Dodge anyone

The Stroker is a very impressive boat, rides well, handles well and is definitely fast.
I had considered getting one a few years ago but for me, when you put the two boats side by side, there's no comparison. You sit down in a Gambler, much like sitting in a Corvette. You've got two large wrap around consoles, luxury and also speed, handling and ride. I can run 84+ mph, put my 250XB on a Stroker and I would expect you'd run about 92 mph. For me personally the additional speed wouldn't get me to trade from a Gambler.

    Re: stroker vs. gambler (trashy)

thanks guys. i agree that my dual c. is crowded but as said, i dont give a shit about my co-anglers. the only problem with the low cockpit in the gambler is it makes it hard to see small cuts in weed beds. i fish pools 7,8,9,10 on the mississippi and i kinda need to see everything in the water

Sounds like a Air Boat would be the best for seeing the holes...
