    Disconnecting VRO????????

Looking for some input. I have an 89 150GT Johnson. The buzzer went off indicating no oil to the motor. Have not priced any replacement parts yet. Wondering if I could just start mixing oil in fuel tank. What would yall do??????

    Re: Disconnecting VRO???????? (Flyash)

I premix mine but if i had to do it all over again I would just get a new a pump from BRP and go that route. Mixing oil and gas can be a pain.

I think on the mid to late '80's models you are supposed to change out the fuel pump too when you take your VRO off.
