Just bought a 02 coral 202 marina said bilge and livewell pumps not working.
Does anyone have any info on location and troubleshooting tips boat wasn't used much and has been sitting for the last two years. So I was hoping it was something minor any info would be appreciated thanks
Pumps are located in the bilge area. Best bet is to simply replace the cartridges. (That is, if there is power to them).
I thought I would be on Easy Street by now but somehow I missed the off ramp!
There is (use to be, should be) a breaker panel up above the driver's feet under the console. Check that first and see if any are thrown and reset them if so.
If the breakers are not tripped, start testing for hot power at the back of the switches and work your way back to the pumps in the bilge to see if power is making it all the way back there. If you have power all the way to the pump units, then you probably need to do as Backlash says and replace.

just giving you guys an update my pumps were fried looked like the guy left them on with not water running through the cartridges were all melted. i ended up replacing the aerator pump and bilge housing and all. works great now
