When will Champion start offering a sprayed on rock and road guard on there trailors from the factory?? Lea tell'm that it would be a great option to offer us as buyers.I'm taking mine 06 trailor in to have it sprayed with the same product Ranger uses at the factory, except I'm putting 2 coats on.
its not the outside that matters its the inside, tube trailers rust from the inside out. Are they going to be able to spray on inside also?

spraying the outside would help the peeling paint and rusting on outside but the tube trailer traps water on inside and doesnt dry thus causing the rusting thats why Ranger makes the C channel trailer, this keeps it from trapping moisture on inside and able to road armor the whole trailer, i thought Lea said Champion was now offering the C channel trailers for Champions as an option?
Alum trailers would make all this unnecessary. My trailer sees fresh, brackish and occasional salt waterTrust me, it does not like it
