Sounds like the float is stuck on the sending unit.
If it's not stuck, the sending unit is probably bad.
my 06 210 reads off also, done this since it was new. Mine isnt that bad but its about 1/4 a tank off...Kind of like it better this way kind of like a reserve built in, lol...
