Yes its a good buy not a great buy but about average. I have the same boat but with a 115 and wish I had a 150. I would also ask this question in the xpress section on this forum.

21k isn't too bad of a price-I assume it is from a dealer lot? XPress pretty much has the high performance aluminum market locked up, now that G3 quit making their HP series. I found an 18' HP180 G3 dual console with a 150 Yamaha and I love it- but I bought mine for 8K less than your boat- mine was 5 years used though. I had no problems with my engine and the XPress are speedy boats. I get about 60 mph with mine. It is a good all-purpose boat if you also like to crappie fish, like I do.I would still try to haggle with them to knock off another $1000 or merchandise from the seller.
