    Cleaning spinnerbait blades

Doing some late winter cleanup. What is the best way to clean dull spinnerbait blades?

Have a fish chew the grime off, then cast back out in the water to rinse off.

tooth paste is a polish. It works well on the ones Ive cleaned with it.

I've used tooth paste with baking soda and scotch-brite.

Actually I have used ketchup before to remove tarnish off the blades. Smear it on and let it set for about 15-20 minutes and wipe off.

Ashes, wood, cigar, cigarette, all are a fine abrasive.

Soak them in Coke...pull them out and wipe em' off. If that doesn't get everything off a quick rub down with Never-Dull will make them shine again.
