I'd say as big as you can build and handle to get them in position.
yea i have a friend that does plumbing work so the pipe is no issue, hoping to get imput from others also that may have done this also
the bigger the better brother, but i've also found that if i put some smaller real dense one's shallower i caught more fish out of the bigger ones deeper. I really think the small shallow ones hold more bait, and the ones below house the eaters![]()
not a bad idea, could make a small dense one and link it to the bigger deeper one thanks might try that, wonder how much deeper 5' be enough??
i had the smaller ones litterally only 3 foot under the surface, i had my big ones at 8 foot at the top of them, and they were proabably 5 feet tall. Many times you would catch most of the crappie below the "reefs" and the bass would be in them. Good luck, Josh![]()
