Motor idles good and runs good till it hits about 4200-4500 rpms then starts cutting out or bogging out. I changed vst filter and strainer and all new spark plugs, that didnt seem to help. Any suggestions. Thanks

Not sure. One in vapor tank was 36, the one called the strainer was 72 i believe, its on top of the vst tank.
Check your fuel lines, that damn Ethanol is hell on the inner lining of them!
Change these mystery filters. fixed mine, had the same problem.

Also have not checked but does the belt on top turn all the time when motor is running?
yes, it runs the high pressure fuel pump

Praise The Lord!!! Got to lake about 10:30 this morning, motor jumped up on pad ran up to 6000rpms like is wasnt nothing. Will be ordering some spare (mystery) filters to change every year or so, alot cheaper than a presuure pump being rebuilt.
Your injectors each have those baskets inside of them, so if you continue to get issues, you may want to remove/replace them. If you remove your injectors, it will cost you $12 per injector for the single use washers. You don't need to remove the injector but you do need to remove the fuel rail and it's a bit spooky pulling and yanking on it, but not hard if you did the pump.
