I have a 2002 200 hpdi starts great runs great the last few times I have been on the water motor shuts off and on randomly at wide open throttle. It only does it at high rpms. Does this sound like a fuel delivery problem? Do I need to change all the filters? Any help is appreciated
Yes it does and you probably do need to. If you have a water separating filter in the boat it's a good time to change it also.
Change all the filters and look at the high pressure pump screens if it continues (there is a sticky at the top of the page for this one)

Does the hpdi have low pressure fuel pumps? I have an 02 200 vmax that would start and run fine up to half throttle. If I went past half throttle the engine would cut out and sometimes die. Turns out one of the diaphrams on a low pressure fuel pump was bad. If your motor has them you can un bolt them from the motor and squeeze your bulb and if gas comes out the back of one then that is your problem. If you don't have any of these pumps, disregard this whole post. lol
