The last time out my outboard started having a problem,it is very slow coming out of the hole and top end speed and rpm is down about 10-15 mph and about 1000 rpm respectivley. It sounds and idels fine. Ran it the last 3 times out without putting gas in it so I don't think that is the problem. Where should I start to look??
