My water psi is stuck at 25?? it goes up like normal when running but, when off it stays at 25??? any idea what would cause this??? P.S Plenty of water out the pee-hole>>>

If it stays at 25, how do you get it back to zero? Tapping on the gauge probably means that it's broken and needs replaced. Sometimes, moisture gets on the needle movement and causes it to hang-up.
This has happen to me a few times now. From what I've been told and read the gauges break over the winter when the water freezes in the water line and inside the gauge. The only thing you can do is replace the gauge.
I'm going to start unhooking mine over the winter to prevent this from happening.
This makes it simple to drain in cold weather.
Thats a cool idea!!! got a call in to the dealer about a new one ,plus its still under factory warranty??
