    lower unit question

    I've got an 02 225 HO and the (i'm not sure what you call them) fins that come out just above the lower unit the left side one is bent up some. Will that affect the driving of my boat or the performance of the motor? Thanks, bradfishn

    Cavitation plate, nope won't hurt much, it's generally above the H20 when on plane anyway.
