How often would you need to change the plugs on this motor? Not having much trouble but sometimes when you start it up it will just die instantly!! But it could be just bad gas.

hi my 115 johson 4 stroke does that also but only on cold start ing ...after that its ok dont no why didnt do that when it wass new
Change the plugs once a year, they tend to develope resistance in the sparkplugs.
