Todd, on my old bullet I made the spray bar the fill and used the flowrite recirc/pumpout nozzel in the old fill tube hole..
Call Flow Rite and talk to Roger. He will get you fixed up.
Lou, I'm just doing mine now and was wondering; does using the spray bar to fill allow the livewell to fill as fast as the factory fill?
thx

Use the Flow Rite fill & recirc valves with 800 gph pumps. Much better system.

This allows you to do the upgrade with less hassle of drilling holes and plugging some. I took out the spray bar and used the flo-rite spray heads. Works alot better on the pump out.![]()

I felt it was as fast or real close, I felt that each time ya put new water in it was already more oxygenated, some times I leave the live well drain open and use the recirk and fill to keep putting fresh water in the well, cause as long as your fishing the wells will stay full of fresh water, and not get contaminated if a fish pucks..
But there are draw backs to that method, 1 is forgetting to close the well on the way in and 2 getting hot or muddy water in the well.. So I do it on my discretion of fish quantity and conditions, it does work, fish are always lively and fresh.
Also really like Mikes idea do to the fact I think ya y off one pump for that and you will truly use the 750 gph.. Some times we get carried away with pump size but you can only push so much water threw a small pipe..
As always, if ya have the tank out change everything, seal well and test numerous times before reinstalling![]()

Mike do you have a pic of your spray system? If I understand correctly, you have multiple Flo rite spray heads instead of the stock bar?
Thanks

Anyone have a pic of their aerate/pump-out upgrade?
Here is what mine looks like now... I have posted this so many times, You would think Bullet would use this idea..![]()
I wish I took some pics of the hoses and pumps before i put the tank back in.BTW.... It works awesome!
Red is the recirc/pumpout that I can reach from in or out of the boat while on the trailer.
White is my fill that also adds oxygen with a ventury.
Another tip, I hang my weigh in bag off the left rear cleat and have a 3 ft piece of clear hose that pushes into the pumpout through hull fitting and hangs into the bag. This fills my bag with no hands needed.I think it's a 5/8 hose, not positive.

Now there's a good idea![]()
My pump out blows water 10-12 ft from the boat
I'll be getting some hose

How did you plug the holes were the old spray-bar was routed?
I bought some snap in flat plastic plugs from one of the home centers and siliconed them in. You can see them in the pics if you look close. The overflow is lower than the plugs and only gets splashed anyway.

I did something a little different ... mainly because I had the tank out for another reason and didn't have the Flow-rite valve.
I removed the spraybar and reconnected the recirculation pump directly to the pump-out hose.
Then I installed a spray bar to the intake pump.
Finally, I installed an air pump and stones that I had purchased to replace the one that went out in my old boat, but never installed.
More often than not, I fill it up in the morning, close the valve and run the bubbles all day.
If I feel the need to recirculate/change the water (too much foam and slime), I turn on both the intake and pumpout at the same time and let it run a while.
I've always had good luck with keeping fish alive no matter what livewell I was using, but I really like the airpump and stones. The fish are much more fiesty at the end of the day and really don't want to come out of the livewell. I'm sure other thigns work just as well, but I'm really happy with it.
The only advantage that I gained (and wanted) was the ability to pump the water out much more quicker than the stock setup.
Know of anyone who sells the flow-rite controls, other than flow-rite? Can't seem to get anyone to return a call. I want to purchase an inflow value and dual aerator / pump-out valve - but I need it this weekend. Their website doesn't give you the option to upgrade shipping services.![]()
I would call again...

Upsizing to 800 GPM Attwood cartridge - do I have to change the pump-housing?
Not sure... I went with 700-750 rule pumps... Space is limited and I found these were some of the smaller pumps that fit well. CandO has all you need. http://www.candomarineparts.co....html
Plus they match my rig...![]()

While you have the tank out...replace the bildge pump...check the transducers...I even installed a new livewell "open/close" valve and control. You don't want to go through the trouble of removong the tank and then have to do it again because something else failed. CHECK EVERYTHING imaginable while you are in there!!![]()
I`m going to pull the tank to install new Jack next week and was wondering if anybody knew what pumps (livewell and Bilge )came in a `94 20XD. All the pumps are original and work great but just thinkin` while its out.....?? My mechanic thinks they don`t make them anymore and don`t really know how much trouble it would be to change them to something different.
Also on a differnt vein.....does anyone know if the Transducer on a Low 332c and the new Low HD are compatible or adaptable???
