Can any of you guys tell me how to remove the bottom cowl from my 04 200 opti . my oil cap came off and spliied oil all over the bottom of the motor and it really needs to be cleaned.

In the back is a small rubber grommet that once removed will give you access to that bolt then up in front is another bolt. That's all the ones that i remember

That covers "two of the four bolts".
Bolts securing the two lower cowling "halves" are located:
-One, inside at front
-One, below at front
-Two, inside at rear (one of which is accessed as described above).
