Left on Tuesday the 6th,fished Wed.,Thurs. and Friday. Had a great trip. My partner and I caught 16 keepers the first day which I had a 9.52 and my partner had 6lb even. Thursday had eight keepers with a 8.5lber. Wind was bad on Thursday which kept us in the coves. Caught fish in the Patroon area fishing Jigs. Friday was a little slow, we had eight keepers with a couple of 4.5lb fish on Wacky Worms.

Dad did pretty good today up there. Nothing like you caught, but decent size and numbers and a few on topwater.

That was one of the best trips I ever had. Couldn't do anything wrong even in all the wind. Good thing we were using heavy jigs so we could feel the bite. Put a damn chip the size of a nickle in the bottom of my boat though.

Went last Wed-Sunday. Thursday was our best day. I had 1 over 5# and four more that went 3 or over. Was near Toledo south state park areas and were on a baby brush hog with a Boss Intruder punch skirt. Basically an inline jig, but the good thing about this is, it kept the short fish away. We were also catching on citrus crankbaits and traps.
