Water over the top of the cowling - 250 ProXS

Things got a little wild on Saturday on LSC. I had water over the top of my air intake a couple times, motor died twice when that happend. Luckily my jackplate was all the way up. It started with no problem again both times. After that little adventure, I ran about 3 miles at low speed (big, big waves) and had no ill effects. I then had a 15 - 20 minute idle, and it ran just fine, nothing unusual at all.

Anything I should check to make sure I didn't tear something up?

Definitely check all your bolts--engine and jackplate! Take a look inside the engine cowling for loose bolts/nuts and /or things broken/cracked.

Also a good idea to dry out the electrical connectors for the lower coils and injectors.... if there is ANY evidence of "water intrusion".
