I recently had my alternator changed due to it spiking volts back in january. The first time on the water this weekend th boat wouldnt get on plane correctly a few times it ran fine, however mostly it didnt. Well I took it into the shop and found not 1 but 2 coils were bad. Kind of odd, just wonder what might have caused 2 coils to go bad?
Loose connections in the coil, more than likely. These usually show up when temperature ranges are "widely varied" (which would apply right now.... cold nights, warm days, plus hard runs).

Don ! is there any " connection grease" or something for use in plug cup and coil ?? what im after is to keep corrision out
