5. Casper, Wyo, 3.2
5. Ames, Iowa, 3.2
7. Lincoln, 3.3
Highest:
1. El Centro, Calif., 22.6
2. Merced, Calif., 15.5
3. Yuma, Ariz., 15.4
4. Elkhart-Goshen, Ind., 15.3
5. Yuba City, Calif., 14.9
6. Visalia-Porterville, Calif., 14.3

4 of them in the top 6.....I should try & find the rest of the census cuase I bet there are MORE than that in the top 25 cities
alot of illegeals in midland tx. I promise you that. but alot of oil and gas.
my sister can attest to Houston has a steady increase but I think most of that area thrives off oil industry as well as few others............atleast there not taking quite as bad of a hit as the NE and the SW

you guys becareful you may make some of them California guys mad talking about their state. I think there is a cause and effect relationship there.
