Is it true that they have an over-the-counter warranty? I have one that has a broken tip that has been in the garage for years. Is that covered? Any Shimano retailer will just hand me a new one? Or is is "manufacturers defects" only. It's been so long I don't even remember how it happened, but I assume it was my fault. If not, it's now on the list of FOUR that I need to get to Tyson for repair.![]()
