Two pressure washers down in one week

So now I have two pressure washers, both with 5 horse honda engines that start first pull, both with pumps that have problems. Anyone know a place around here to get one fixed?

mike,there used to be a place and probably still is just south of pappa johns stadium.it was at a stoplight by the car rental place just north of the runway.they sell all kinds of pressure washers so they might fix also.

Citation on Crittenened Dr will have them. Best would be to get the model # and search for a new pump.

I found an upgrade pump for the one PW. It came with what they call a disposable pump because it is designed to run for 50 hours. Sounds ridiculous. The upgraded pump is $225. No chance of me spending that.

On the other pump, three bolts broke off in the block. I got them out and rethreaded the block but the pump leaks. There was no gasket between the pump and the gearcase from the factory. I am going to take it apart again tomorrow and see what I can do but I would rather just drop it off somewhere. I will try the shop on Crittenden.

Whats the model # on the washer and pump?

one is a Generac G24H 2400psi with a 5hp honda, the other is an Excell XR2625 2600 psi with a 5hp honda

Found the replacement as low as 156 bucks. Thats not bad for a new pump. I'd call Giant in the morning. They are in Ohio and make that replacement pump. Just tell them what you are looking for and I bet they can give you the info you need. The replacement # wass GXH2525

Try air to ground services on fern valley the sell and repair pressure washers and have a mobile service truck if you can't get to them. I do a lot of business with them so feel fee to Tell them Todd with Choate told you to call.
