Got my boat back from the shop this weekend and it won't hardly get on plane. They replaced the vro and powerpacks to solve the problem it had where it would miss and die at wot. Feels like it is only using about half the power what can i look for before i take it back? Its a 3 hour drive back to the shop so any help would be appreciated
Only one power pack on your motor, Make sure they've replaced the EET (eye) when they replaced the power pack.
Compreesion is any where from 106-114 is that to low? If it wasn't getting fire to all cylinders it would have a bad miss wouldn't it? The motor still won't turn over 5100 wot and he doesn't know why. I sure wish i had a good omc mechanic like champion man here in mo, i took it to the mechanic everyone around here recommended and 1000 dollars later its still not right.
