Water Pressure - 1999 Evinrude Ficht 200hp

Does anyone know what the water pressure is supposed to be at idle and then at full throttle? I guess the min water pressure at any RPM would do as well?

3 to 5 psi at idle, 18 to 20 psi at WOT. It takes a lot of water to fill up that block so it will take a while for the pressure to come up at idle.
