For some reason on my tandom trailer my back left tire is worn down and steel wires coming thru on inside of tire. Any reason why just that tire. All others are good. Thanks.

With just the one tire, I'd want to check the bearing for excess play.
If you have integrity, nothing else matters. If you don't have integrity,
nothing else matters.
