Should not be a problem with either model. Get the biggest motor you can and tow package. You may upgrade to a bigger boat before you get another tow vehicle. 4x4 would be a plus on on those steep, wet ramps. Others to look at, Ford Explorer with the V8 or the GMC Arcadia. I have a buddy that tows his Triton TR-186 with the GMC and he loves it.
I never drink water because of the disgusting things that fish do in it.
