1990 Johnson 60 thoughts?

Looking at a Tracker with a TJ60TLESM. Boat/Motor has been sitting a few years. Owner says he put it on the muffs & cranked it over a year ago. Any thoughts about anything I should be looking for when looking to fire it up again? Any history of specific issues with this model motor?

I will check compression, & have fresh fuel.

I had a 91 60HP years ago that burnt the top cylinder. There is a cooling system modification that should be done where the water discharge line attaches to the side plate. It needs to be moved high so it purges the air in the system. If it hasn't been done I would do it.
