    Hit a rock

Hit a rock bent the raker bad
I dont know if the shaft had runout before but it does now.
It always had endplay that I thought was normal
after putting on my spare prop and thaking to 5800 rpms there is no noise or vibration
Is there a spec for runout?

When you spin the prop by hand (motor off of course) can you see any wobble at the end of the prop shaft?

Call your insurance company. Time for a new lower unit.
