    Aftermarket trim motors??

    Are any of the aftermarket trim motors any good our should I stick with a factory unit? This is for a 88 Johnson 200GT.

    Don't know about the aftermarket ones, I always replaced with a used motor. I have an extra used one I will sell. $100 bucks for the entire tilt and trim unit. It came off an 89.

    That's a good deal! If you want to go with an aftermarket motor ARCO would be my choice. You'll just have to find a dealer/supplier near you that carries them as they don't sell to the public.
