My wife usually baes pork chops that are seasoned then we eat. i went to a friends house and his mom took some bonelss chops and put a small layer of cream cheese on one side, rolled it up, wrapped a strip of bacon around it, then secured it all together with a toothpick. bake at 325 - 350 I think then eat! Talk about good!!! make sure you use a pan that has some sort of rack on it to allow the grease from the bacon to drip down. use something deep enough so that the grease wont touch the elements in the oven...it's hard to put out a fire in an oven...don't ask how I know!![]()
