89 oct gas in my Etech

I have always run the 89 octane rated fuel in my 2007 225 Etech HO. I think it calls for 87 but that is the low end of fuel at stations. Am I hurting my motor?

Re: 89 oct gas in my Etech (ARK Ranger)

The only reason to run 89 in that motor is if it does not contain Ethanol. it won't hurt it just costs more.
