Stress cracks are caused by flexing in the boat hull. You can repair the cracks, but unless the original cause of the flexing is fixed, the cracks will soon return in the same area.
Most often the flexing is a result of the design/manufacturing process of the hull and unless you do a serious rebuild, adding internal bracing in the flexing area then the cracks will almost always re appear.
Easiest solution is to wet sand them down, compound and wax them and live with them.
99 % of stress cracks are just cosmetic. Run your fingernail across them, You should be able to feel them, but not have your nail " drop " into one like a ditch.
If you have ones that are that open that your nail drops into them, they should be filled/sealed with resin to prevent water from getting into the under laying glass mat layers.
