    buffing out ranger gel coat

i recently bought a 1983 ranger 325-v....ive seen all the posts about sanding it and such, which i may end up doing if necessary..but i just bought the boat i wanted to give it a good wash and maybe just try some type of a wax first to see how it comes out?

just wondering what type of wax people would recommend to see how much it can restore to it's original look

this is what my boat looks like, i have a feeling it will need more than this, but i figure i should give wax a try first.

Re: buffing out ranger gel coat (kman)

    Good looking boat

I have used 3m's marine wax and had good luck with it. After that i would give it a good wipe down with Bass Boat Saver.
