I have been looking around recently for a boat and stumbbled open this.
I think it would be a good winter project to redo all the interior. I just am not sure if its worth it and how much i could expect to spend on carpet and seats.

Brett, it looks like a nice boat. These are things you need to ask the dealer. A compression check and also the hours. Being a 2006 model it might have a computer on the engine and on newer mercury motors the computer will show the hours as well as the range of rpms and time-hours. Look at the transom for flexing inside the splashwell and also the hull underside. The seats will average about $450 to recover. The carpet about $200. I had a javelin 396xfd i was restoring and i was not able to complete it as time was hard to come by to finish the restore. I think the average cost of a ranger for example, years from 87 to 89 average from $4,750 to 6,575.
The bulk of the price for the boat your looking for is the motor. It looks like a nice rig but things i would ask and look at. Hope this helps, Garland
