I have recently purchased a Ranger 1999 518vx, over the years the decals on the side of the boat have become worn. So i decided to give ranger a call and order all new ones. Well they gladly helped me and my order was at my house in 2 days!! but the problem is that they sent me VS instead of VX so i called them and they shipped me out new VX at no charge and super fast shipping, i couldnt be happier. But....(yes there is a but) when i put the new VX on the colors didnt match. The colors (from the outside edge to inner) are white "outline", charcoal "mid", and black inner". All the other ones being the "RANGER" and the "518" are white "outer", pewter/silver "mid" and black "inner" so the only color that doesn't match is the "mid" color. I need the "VX" with the pewter "mid" color. I called ranger back and the do not make that color anymore. Is there anyone out there that can help me??? Or can you suggest someone that would have them to sell.
